Come early for the Cross Country baked goods benefit—all proceeds will support our beloved Trenice, a 40-year veteran of our school district, with medical expenses. Let's show our Viking spirit both on and off the field!
Central Heights is teaming up with K-State Research & Extension to offer a free prevention and awareness training for any district parent during P/T conferences this year. All district parents are invited to attend.

This guy right here has filled up 3 punch cards in just the 3 short weeks we’ve been in school!! Dawson has shown some great listening skills, trying hard even when it’s tough, kindness and compassion to his peers, and much more! When students fill 3 punch cards in the class they get to choose between no shoes or wear a hat. Dawson picked no shoes! Great work Dawson!!

Our middle school FACS class is cooking up some fun! Today's lesson involves reading recipes and whipping up homemade play dough. But wait, there's more! These budding chefs then used their colorful creations to practice essential knife skills.

🥳The Middle School group kicked off our first Family Birthday celebration of the year on Friday! All of the August birthday kids got a party hat and an ice cream sandwich. Sometimes we play games, this time we played The Macarena. 😂
Why do we call it Family Birthday? Because all of our available staff come to celebrate the birthdays on their lunch: family-style! 🩵💛

🌬 The Tropical Tradewinds were whooshing through Mr. Wadkins's 7th Grade Social Studies classes today, and only the strongest boats survived the trek! After deciding that the tub that simulated the sea wasn't quite big enough (seeing that some boats were the entire length of it!), they took sail out on the murky waters of the stock tank! Battle boats ensued, and it was truly a lesson that these scholars won't soon forget!
