We have had a few cancellations for our Middle School and High School:
-Middle School Virtual Scholar bowl for 2/18.
-Three Rivers League Music Festival for 2/19 has been cancelled and will not be made up.
Our science students have been busy with hands-on learning in Mrs. Hamilton’s and Mrs. Degraaf’s classes! Mrs. Hamilton’s class put the law of conservation of matter to the test with a fun popcorn experiment, while another class dove into dissection. In Mrs. Degraaf’s room, students recently tested unknown compounds to determine if they were ionic or covalent. Great work, science scholars!

Congratulations to the Central Heights Scholar Bowl team and their coaches on an incredible State Championship appearance this past weekend in Moundridge! They went head-to-head with tough opponents and gave an outstanding effort. On Friday, the school gathered in the Ike Cearfoss Gymnasium for a special send-off assembly to cheer them on. What a great way to wrap up a successful season—well done, Vikings!
