Connor Burkdoll, fifth grader, receives the CHES Kansas Masonic Exemplary Student award from Mr. Shawn Cardin. "Conor always does his best. He is a positive role model. He helps his peers whenever asked. Connor participates in class every day. He has a positive attitude which he shares with everyone."


Mrs. Linda Horstick receives the CHES Kansas Masonic Exemplary Teacher award.
"Mrs. Horstick has a passion for the teaching profession. She places focus on the growth of her students academically, socially, and behaviorally. She develops positive relationships with her students and never gives up on them. Her classroom management is amazing. She is a team player".

The miniature horses from New Horizons Ranch, will be at school today! To participate you must have a signed permission form. There will be 15 minute rotations for Reading, Math, Character Skills, and Grooming. Remember to wear closed-toed shoes!
